Thickness of insulated panel: 40 – 50mm.PIPECO PANELS are supported either by the stainless steel tie rod internally or galvanized box sections externally. All metallic components in contact with water and the bolts/nuts/washers used in assembly above the water line shall be stainless steel grade 316/A4.
PIPECO PANELS are joined full width of the panel flange using non-toxic, flexible and resistance to ultra violet PVC foam sealant.
PIPECO TANKS deeper than 1.5m shall be fitted with internal GRP ladders, external galvanized steel ladders and level indicators.
PIPECO TANKS are equipped with Air Vents and Man Hole Access.
PIPECO TANKS can be installed on either flat continuous foundation of close center (1m c/c) beams conforming to PIPECO’s specification of flatness and deflection.
